1. A Green Energy America Powered By Millions of American Homeowners & Small Business Owners as well as Power Companies using a combination of three green energy technologies.
     a) Optimized and enhanced Photovoltaic Solar Power.
     b) Compact wind powered generators.
     c) Energy Converting Heatsink, (ECH) technology to turn wasted heat into electricity.

2. In the event of a power plant outage or power plant failure, Homes & Businesses will be feeding their Surplus Energy directly into the power grid, thereby providing Metered Power to their neighbors who for one reason or another, are Not generating their own power.

3. The result is a True Smart Grid^™ Immune From High Energy Costs, Power Plant Failures & terrorist attacks because it works by Function Rather than Design. It is a Byproduct of a Distributed Power System (or co-op) where in addition to centralized power plants operated by Power Companies, Many Millions of Homes & Small Businesses are also generating Green Power 24/7 using All American Made solar, wind & heat conversion power generation.

4. Additionally, it will also provide a New Profit Model for Power Companies, from primarily generating power, to maintaining the power grid, providing power to customers who do not generate their own power & providing service when needed to customer owned power generating equipment. The Power Companies will Save Tens of Billions of Dollars by not having to upgrade or build new power plants. The Power Companies can also be involved in the installation & *financing of these systems. We are also studying alternative non-polluting uses for coal & domestic oil so we can keep Americans in those industries working.

5. Heat conversion energy technology using the Energy Converting Heatsink^™ lowers the cost of Solar Panels by increasing their efficiency, power output & lifespan by cooling them down & converting the excess heat into additional electricity. As a result, fewer solar panels will be required to produce a given output and aging solar panel installations can be reenergized without having to be replaced. Furthermore, by enabling the use of PV materials normally discarded due to impurities causing lower efficiencies, the cost of PV Solar Panels can be reduced further.

6. Heat conversion energy technology using the Energy Converting Heatsink^™ working side by side with Wind Power produces clean energy even when the sun isn't shining.

7. Heat conversion energy technology using the Energy Converting Heatsink^™ continues to produce clean electrical power when the sun isn't shining & the wind isn't blowing, by converting waste heat from Appliances and Heating & Cooling Systems that are operating on battery power inverted to standard AC current or gas. When the sun isn't shining, the wind isn't blowing and battery reserves are low, the Energy Converting Heatsink^™ can also be used with natural gas or propane and a heat exchanger to produce power.

8. Our Green Energy Economy Plan will make plug-in hybrid vehicles & electric cars truly energy efficient, inexpensive to run & environmentally friendly because they will not have to be dependent on a power grid that uses polluting fossil fuels to generate electricity to charge them. It won't add to the cost of operation and it will save the money & natural resources these vehicles are supposed to save, because it won't make the owners use pollution generating purchased electrical power.

9. Today's Hybrid Vehicles will enjoy increased non polluting battery range as the Energy Converting Heatsink^™ converts exhaust manifold heat into an additional charging source for the batteries. This will become very apparent as the efficiency meter will show little or no battery drain when waiting for a traffic light and the vehicle will be able to operate on batteries for a longer period of time before switching to the gasoline engine!

11. A nationwide rollout will also create tens of thousands of Customer Service Jobs filled by a 100% American Workforce. At last, homebound disabled Americans and stay at home parents will be able to earn a respectable living by handling inbound customer service & installation request calls

12. This plan will invigorate the Lending Industry by providing Government Guaranteed, low interest, no qualifying fixed rate financing at the lowest possible rate, for the purchase & 100% American Installation of these systems on Most American Homes, Buildings & Businesses Through fair & creative financing, homeowners & businesses will make monthly payments on their system, paying the average monthly amount, (based on a payment that is less than or equal to the property owner's 2 year average monthly power bill history) that they have already been paying the power company, instead of having to pay a power bill. The term of the loan to be based on how long it takes to pay off the loan.

13. Purchase & installation of these systems will not place a financial burden on building & home owners, because Instead of paying the power company for power, Americans will be paying for their own green power generation system and it will pay for itself in reduced power bills, tax credits or even power bill credits by being tied in to the power grid.  Plus, if they don't use all of the power they generate, the Power Company Will Be Buying the Surplus Energy to Sell to other customers. It will also increase the resale value of the building.

14. Our plan is to also export these new clean, green American Made  Solar, Heat & Wind Conversion, combustion-free Hybrid Electrical Generation Systems to provide clean, safe power worldwide. As an example, China wants to produce millions of plug-in hybrids, but the only way they have to charge them is with coal fired, polluting power plants. This can shift the balance of trade back to the U.S.
