This is what makes them so expensive.

When multiple ECHes^™ are attached to the underside of photovoltaic solar panels, they  draw the counterproductive Wasted Heat away from the Solar Panels, Cooling them down to make the Solar Panels More Efficient & Increase their Power Output. Conventional solar heat electrical generation systems do nothing to solve this challenge, because they are separate systems that do not cool down photovoltaic solar panels and use solar heat to generate steam to operate turbines to run generators and are very expensive.
